I can't comment on the video due to my ultra slow dial up.

If Cox is an experimental particle physicist he will definitely understand the diagrams. Even for theoretical particle physicists the maths is extremely complcated which is why the diagrams were developed in the first place.
.. Just kidding … perhaps we could get him to strap on a crayon, and give us a few drawings ! We could auction 'em off to the highest bidder !

Julius used to scribble a bit on his blackboard, also.

Somehow, I just can't picture Brian with a piece of chalk in his mit standing in front of a blackboard, explaining this kind of mathematics !
(Even with the help of Kindy Squiggles !)

... We've seen him drawing with a stick in sand !
… But alas, no squiggles …
