- 21st Century Schizoid Man - King Crimson on In the Court of the Crimson King (but is it rock?)
- Baby's On Fire - Brian Eno on Here Come the Warm Jets (Rolling Stone magazine once voted this as having the archtypical 1970's guitar solo).
