Spectroscopic gratings are available through Paton Hawksley (Star Analyser) - Rainbow Optics do a similar grating but don't seem to ship outside the US.
The rigel system is a 600 l/mm set-up which is different as it sits behind an eyepiece....
For "serious" slit spectroscopes there are:
SBIG - they sell the SGS and DSS7 versions
Baader - the Dados and Braches echelle spectrograph
Shelyak - the LhiresIII Littrow, LISA low res, and the eShel echelle model, all these are very good but very expensive.
