OK, this is what I had Philips V Record set at:
Image Controls
Frame rate - 15
Brightness - 1/2 way (50%)
Gamma - 7/8 way (approx 85%)
Saturation - 100%
Camera Controls
White balance:
set to - Auto
Exposure:
Shutter speed - 1/25 second
Gain - approx 5%
