Yeah, I have seen the occasional person in there in the daylight hours. Just not often.
You can mention in this thread, or start another, saying that you will be in the chatroom at a certain time and day and you'll probably get a few to join you in there.
I'm sure you could probably start a lunch group in there or some such thing
