I've just posted some "pretties" of the moon and venus last night about sunset to my web page.

All images are reduced in size for posting and the web. The panoramas were assembled using Arcsoft Panorama Maker. No other processing other than cloning in the missing bits in the corners, and cropping the bottom of one of the panoramas to improve composition (done deliberately to eliminate conical distortion).
I also took some afocal shots of the moon but it was very windy up here and so the seeing was pretty poor. I haven't stacked them yet...
The clouds have come over tonight, so I'm off to bed soon
after being up late last night
