I wouldn't think it would be much to modify the existing ones all you need would be some 5 - 10mm al rod cut 6 pieces to about 50mm then turn down to thread then drill and tap the original knob to fit or buy 6 hex head 5mm bolts, money is the mother of all necessity
Buying new ones means I end up with a perfectly good set I no longer need
