Here's a flat using a laptop screen (a white frame created in GIMP - max screen brightness)with a (white) plastic party plate placed on top as a diffuser
Focused the lens at infinity and held it against the back of the plate.
I noticed that the plate acts as filter and aligns RGB almost perfectly - without it there is a fair old split.
