Same here. We haven't had anything between 31 and 39C at all this month. In other words, we had one 40C day, so all the rest were under 31C. Coolest Feb I can remember.
I think Portland, Vic gets the gong for the coldest town on mainland Australia award

Even colder than the likes of Wilsons Prom and some of those Bass Strait Islands Even Hobart is marginally warmer
But, spare a thought for Albany, WA. Highest temp this month is 24.9C
