Perhaps Sir would consider a Rootes type supercharger with maybe 0.5-0.7 bar overpressure? No throttle lag, kinder to your engine (less heat).

Whichever type of warp-drive you choose, you'll also need to beef-up the front suspension and steering and possibly the rear as well, if you don't want it hopping around like a pig on skates.
