I don't do 'Chrome' but it must have a 'Favourites' or whatever Chrome calls it, folder somewhere. You can just copy and paste that to a USB. I do it all the time when I upgrade Users PCs at work except I just access their pC via the network through the 'back door' and copy lots of things across for them. Always a bit of a surprise when they fire up a new PC and see all their shortcuts, folders and files ready and waiting. Currently moving them all (~400) from XP to W7.
