OK, I have begun

I weigh 105 Kg, and the doctor has sprung me for pre-diabetes. Riding the bike every day now, twice when I can, and cutting out the chokky bikkys with orange topping. Delicious they are!! NO......no

Then on observing nights I do 100 overhead lifts with the EQ5 + ED100 + hand grenade EP, before aligning it. Good as a barbell it is
