The best way to make sure every kid gets onto face book is to ban it.
Banning never works. Even the drug culture became much worse when it was made illegal. Look at prohibition in the US. We would never have had Elliott Ness and the untouchables on TV.

Like I said before make Face book liable for any havoc it causes. A few multimillion dollar awards will soon have it shutting down.
