This is an interesting comment, and I respect it because we're all different - everyone has a bad experience with some brand or type gear at one time or other. I suppose that's enough to form some pretty strong opinions on. I've suffered far more Windows failures than Apple over my 30 years in IT, but that's
my experience I guess.
As for the clapping bit, it'd embarrass the hell out of me and I personally wouldn't put up with it. I reckon that Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer and crew would LOVE to experience that level of fanaticism over their products, but I doubt they'll ever see it...
