THis is a bizarre event that seems to happen at some Apple stores when a new client switches from PC to Mac and tells the staff that. I guess that the staff are generally pretty young and full of energy and they do that to "welcome" the new Mac user. It's not something that I'd want to be part of, but I haven't been to an Apple retail store since I can't remember. I deal with them directly via their business channels whose people thankfully don't clap. It is a bit dumb, but maybe that's part of their successful strategy?
