Warren, yes mate i do have XP.
Colin, the program dose show up in the add and remove listings, tried to remove it from there as well but it wont.
Then I thought i might install again, but that dose not work either, it first wants to gather information, then after a bit it stops and then wants to configure the process, and then it is back to what you see
Error 1317 Setup Cannot create Folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Data
verify that the path exists in your system and that you have sufficient permission to update it.
Buggered if I know what to do now, however thank you for your efforts
