Total darkness for me.
I can't stand any form of even the faintest light getting in. I have a street lamp just outside my bedroom window that I wish someone would throw a rock at.
I'd have a go, but knowing my luck I'd accidentally hurt some poor unsuspecting fellow watching tv.
It's interesting that all the girls commenting so far, sleep in darkness.
