These poor souls are caught up in a self perpetuating social dilemma that prevents them ever rising above their circumstances and themselves - well rarely.
Their counterparts contribute to their imprisonment by ensuring that they never rise above their perceived station in life - their parents are probably guilty of the same. Am I being too kind?
I hope he gets some sense before the light pole gets him, or someone decides that trimming the gene pool is an appropriate response to his foolish behaviour.
Maybe I can get some sleep now - the poor fellow!
