Bunnings certainly carry the plastic spikes in the garden section, not sure about the wire ones.
They shouldn't be hard to get, a local, non Bunnings hardware store, stocks them.
I used to get pigeons roosting on some unused power conduit but had the wire spikes installed and no problems since
