Thanks Chris. They were shot with my nifty fifty (EF50mm f/1.8 II). I tried various f stops (8-22) and times
(1.6 to 4dsecs), but it came down to luck as to how much movement there was. A few of the long exposures have night car light trails in them, but there's too many distracting lit up signs alas. You need a bit of time to catch the trails of course. I was surprised how many were half decent for a "railing tripod".

This particular shot was f/22 for 1.6 secs, ISO 100
