From Con Stoitsis, Director of ASV Comet Section:

"The most recent update, M.P.E.C. 2011-A08 issued Jan 3 2011, advises the comet wil pass perihelion on Sept 11, at a distance of 0.48AU.
The comet will then encounter the Earth on Oct 17, at 0.22 AU."
