Might be a little off the flooding topic, but I'm continually shocked by the way parents/carers push strollers (with kids in them), straight into intersections carrying traffic.

Perhaps its just because people park so close to the intersections that you can't see the oncoming traffic, which tempts the carer/parent to move from the footpath into the intersection. But gee, that puts the child at huge risk as the stroller is closest to the oncoming vehicles !!

This one makes me angry every time I encounter it … seemingly, nearly every day of the week !

So dangerous !
