While putting together my big scope-little scope comparisons album recently I had another go at processing my deep Cen A (nooo I'm kidding right?
) to better reveal the complex shells inside the galaxy halo so it would better match the Blanco 4m image. It took some complex contrast, curves and shadow highlight blending work but I gott'em

Actually once you have identified them in the contrast enhanced view you will now see that they are visible in this
more natural view too all be they more subtle.
