If you only have windows 7 particularly 64 bit you will need to install a virtual XP version to control the LPI as Meade have not got drivers for Windows 7 yet as far as I know.
I have the latest VMware virtual which is excellent but you can get the free version from Microsoft and their virtual XP version.
