Of course, the Linux-only version has existed all along. I presume that the Mac (Unix) implementation is built on that? Hmm...
In any case, it's good to see platform-specific versions pop up from time to time. Although it's harder to develop an application that supports multiple platforms, the results are sometimes messier than they might otherwise be.
