Yes Mike, with no RGB to overlay, you cant really produce coloured stars from NB data. When that is the case, I choose to make the stars all white, rather than have to look at those horrible red halos that occur when processing NB data. Without RGB, I do not know any other way - either red stars/halos, or all white.
