No worries. When I see 14" SCT I also see $$$. Look at it this way, would you put cheap tyres on a performance vehicle?
I don't have either a 14" SCT or a cheap Plossl so I cannot advise further and perhaps others may chime in. If you don't get any replies and want to go the cheap option it'll only cost you $59 to find out what it is like and if you are not mainly a viwer it may be just right for you.
Ask BINTEL as they sell both the cheap Plossl and the Tele Vue and will give you a straight answer.
