For some quality views may I recommend the Tele Vue 41mm Panoptic (68deg AFOV) giving you the maximum possible true field or the Tele Vue 55mm Plossl (50deg AFOV) giving the same maximum true field with a bit more exit pupil.
The 35mm Panoptic option with f6.3mm reducer sounds good but you may not get focus and may vignette slightly. The reducer was designed for use with 1.25" eyepieces to give a larger true field.
A 55mm Plossl used to be THE standard wide field eyepiece for a 14" SCT but the 41mm Panoptic is a very nice alternative giving a wider window to look through.
