Coopers Plains is a bit of a daily commute to SB.
Anyway, My neighbour rents out his 4br townhouse by the room, to Students. The townhouse is in Bramston Terrace, right behind the RBH & within walking distance to Kelvin Grove Campus.
There is a normal bus stop right out the front & the Herston Transit / Bus Station is at the end of the street.
Each room has it's own ensuite & everyone shares the kitchen & lounge. If this interests you I can forward you his email for enquiries.
