I just got home from 2 days work in hot and steamy Bella Vista to find the water had been running down the side of my house so deep it had come in through the condensation holes along the bottom of the window frames. Not much damage but we were very lucky. The local hospital and medical centre were flooded. Water water everywhere.

Bad luck Doug, just a valley away in Bright we got only 58mm for the day (funny how you can say 'only' after so much rain recently
). Myrtleford copped it much worse - flooding, roads cut etc. I've been away working in the Murray Valley - lots of water around, Loddon in flood, Murray River running a banker, think I got out just in time.
