Thought I would get in early with this effort, although the macro gurus will blow it out of the sky.
Masses of bees, bugs and flies are all over the Lemon Scented Myrtle, and as there was some sort of non-artificial light source outside today, I took a few (dozen) snaps. Flying creatures and mad imagers weren't the only ones out today. On the flower you can see a little arachnid looking for a snack.
I should point out that the image was taken with 18-55 kit lens on our 400D, cropped approximately 50%
I still have another idea for the challenge so this might be on the reject pile yet.
