I note that you've now reworded your purchase conditions Guylain. Reading it through prior to that there was no indication of an annual renewal.

I have no issue with yearly licensing fees other than it's just another silly thing to have to remember to do. Personally I'd rather pay for it in one go.

I hope that the application will issue a weeks warning when the time comes, or total automation is in place.
