I've never seen anything like this.
The balance in my NAB accounts has gone up and down two times today. At the moment it's showing balance $0 for the whole of history, and several recent transactions are duplicated, and several others are missing which were there this morning! I'm stunned it could go so bad. It's like they are putting through fixes that changing it, not for the better.
