Surprisingly good image of Andromeda which is tough for us southerners.
Your flattener looks to be not at the right metal back distance. The corner stars seem to be out of focus slightly whilst the central area stars are sharp.
It may be just a matter of getting the exact right spacing. Flatteners usually have a tolerance of only a few mm for this spacing. Do you know the metal back distance for this flattener from the CCD?
