In response to an inquiry and for those who may not already know this the Hyperions can be adjusted to other focal lengths using the Baader Fine Tuning Rings (FTR). Thus, the 8mm Hyperion can also be adjusted down to 6mm, 5mm and 4.3mm focal lengths.
These changes to the focal length do not involve the use of a barlow and thus do not introduce an extra layer of glass into the optical path which is one of several reasons why the Hyperions are (IMHO) a far superior EP to the Orion Stratus.
I have both the 14mm and 28mm FTR's which I am happy to throw in with this EP for an extra $35
