maybe a thread on the association and the procedures to follow to bug the local authorites might be in order!
with Risk Evaluations and Costs being first and foremost for Council now a days, showing them a nice way to graduially save a feww million dollars by providing a better infrastructure is the way to go! Nothing lasts forever
