Luckily I was expecting some more rain for BrisVegas and so I took my computers and scopes etc inside so that only the G11 mount was in the observatory.
While I was having a lunch with my work-mates (as I was retiring that Friday), two villans managed to find the spare set of keys and absolutely violate my inner sanctum sanctorum.
Bloody Elvis poster (from an impersonator I meet on the plane trip from Melbourne to Brisbane), garden gnomes, Xmas tinsel and fake UFOs adorned the observatory. Have to purge the girl germs my wife and her mate left behind. One wonders what they got up to while no one was looking.
Anyway what it now means that I can pull an all nighter and not have to worry about work in the morning... HOOray!!!!!
