For all those who asked please find new photos attached below and the original photos in the first thread entry at the bottom.
As you can see the scope is stored and kept in original packaging from Meade and as such should ship very safely (I also have the mirror locking bolt). The scope has been kept in the box at all times when not in use so has been well looked after.
Very good optics made in the USA!
The marks on the oustide of the scope tube are sticky tape glue which will clean off no problems, this is from tape that I use to securely keep the scope cap/cover on when in transit or storage.
I must say that after getting this scope out of storage it is becoming a reluctant sale for a excellent and reliable 10" SCT scope.
But I have to make way for new acquisitions!
