It's a good site. Just make sure you hop on about 15-20 minutes prior to launch as it can get a little crowded on there. There's a chatroom on there so you can chat with other people as you wait for the lunch. Make sure you have your stereo on loud and enjoy the view in full screen.
I will post a link here later tonight, when I get home from work, of a HD launch with awesome sound, that is typical of SpaceVidCast.
