According to the Nightskyonline website the launc has been delayed:
"Technical problems have resulted in the launch of the Space Shuttle Discovery being delayed until 5.52 am AEST Thursday morning. More information about the delay can be
found here on NASA’s website."
The time quoted is in real time, not "Summer" time.
Looks like an early morning Thursday.
