it was $US364 - i bought it when the dollar was around parity - plus about $US50 for shipping. I haven't checked my statement to see what I was charged in $AUD.

think the bolt is 4mm from memory - I just took the original with me and matched it in the store. I had to use my Dremel tool to reduce the size of the bolt head so it would fit in the new knob though.
