It's a bit hard to be partisan when listing the number and type of ports to be included in a Network Terminating Unit or where the proposed points of interconnect will be located. In answer to your direct question Fred, I would seek out the specifications of the car, take it for a test drive myself and talk to a few knowledgeable people to see if I'd missed anything important. Have fun beating up on the straw man.
