I am at the AIC in Santa Clara CA at the moment. Rogelio gave a presentation on his techniques both capturing and processing (PI as I am sure you know Houghy) today.
I have spent a fair amount of time outside with Rogelio (like me he partakes in the filthy nicotine habit) and he is a really friendly humble guy - only too happy to discuss his photography. It is amazing that he has come this far in only about 2.5 to 3 years of imaging.
Some amazing equipment here as well. USQs Mount Kent Observatory - near Toowoomba - 0.7metre Planewave CDK is on display as well as about 6 other CDKs.
I will post some info when i can download some images.
I had discussions with Ken Crawford, Tony Hallas and Don Goldman over the las day or so and hope to make an announcement soon about them coming downunder in the middle of next year.
