The PST is a great little scope. I have one for sale BTW in IceTrades
... which I'm only selling because I don't use it very often anymore (I have an SM40 that I use on my ED80 in the obs
).
But aside from that, the PST is an amazing little scope
. Big bang for the buck IMHO. The best way to get into Ha solar viewing and imaging and very portable. Mounts on a camera tripod, but I find mine easiest to use on my binocular mount.
I bought mine some time ago from Sirius Optics. I'm not sure if they still sell Coronado
... but Sirius get a big
from me! The price and delivery were good and they were excellent when I discovered the dreaded rust on my objective and they got it back to Coronado and fixed under warranty.
