I agree completely.

I've had nothing but outstanding service delivery from the good folks at Sheldon & Hammond - John and Victoria handle Celestron issues.

They are speedily communicative and seem to have a genuine desire to resolve problems.

In the past, I've sent them a bottle of wine as a vote of thanks for their efforts - I can't think of any other company where I've done similar!
