Regarding companies and PO boxes I find if I ring them and explain that I live out of town and the the PO box is my security measure I find they are quite obliging. If they still say no I just tell them I'll be ordering from another company, they soon change their mind pretty quick.
My only vent with AP is that they always use to roll up AS&T despite it saying DO NOT BEND on the front. A quick chat with the local manager solved that problem.
As for our mail contractor, well he's just useless. We have three letter boxes at the top of our access road and he just puts it all in the one box and we have to sort our own mail.
