I paid $1100 for a set of Vixen eyepieces. One day I came home from work and I noticed a bit of paper wedged in the gate post. It was a note to pick up a parcel at the post office. Anyone could of stole it.
I complained at the PO and they said "bloody contractors" then handed over my parcel without asking for any identification.
Next month I bought a Telrad. Delivery was prompt but because the parcel would not fit in my letterbox, they just dropped it over the fence.
That's a 100% failure rate!
