servocat on 12" lb

Hello all, I thought I would share some of My servo-cat install. Servo-cat has never been installed on a 12 LB so here are some of the findings .
The base is to small for the az motor to sit inline like on the sixteen so The clutch spring needs to sit at an angle of about 40% to the motor.
The new center pin is larger in diameter then the factory pin so this must be drilled out, including the bearings. In addition the scope must be raised up in order to clear. I will update tomorrow with the exact height as that is on the list tomorrow. In the photos below we have the old center pin (2) this is the lower grounding plate (3) This is the completed az motor encoder setup UN-wired.(4) this is out of order but this is the LB with the old Argo Navis encoder. I will try to make more sence of this over the next few days bare with me.
