Some USA shops will sell... many won't. When deciding on an OS shop..sometimes it's not always price you should aim for. A reputable dealer is paramount as it's a long way back. The dealer shown has a good name and the other is OPT.
I'm pretty sure OPT don't ship Celestron overseas. They don't specifically mention who (they ask you to contact them for details) but I'm pretty sure it's Celestron, as they make a point of mentioning them with the used items. Used items are free from any export restrictions.

One thing I've considered to get around such restrictions is to find a freight forwarding company in the US. I don't know of any off the top of my head, but there are plenty of services like this to get around export restrictions imposed by manufacturers or retailers in the US. May be worth looking into.

With the Aussie dollar looking so good atm, it's VERY tempting.
