I've got to make a little tool to grab hold of 2 of them. One is bent sideways and the other bent right back into the socket. Oh for a bit of old fashioned Q.C.

Breaking news! I did send a complaint back to OzPlaza last night and have just received a reply. I can send the unit back to them, post-paid by them and they will evaluate and replace or refund. Now that's service!
